I was part of our 1st batch of Young Leaders Program and I am truly fortunate to be part of an organization that ensured unhindered development irrespective of the current COVID challenges. I firmly believe that great companies are built around great people and I am thankful to my coach, manager, course professors, and fellow YLs for their consistent support and guidance. As we step into the New Year, I look forward to many growth opportunities to help nurture my passion and turn this silver of learning to gold.
The Covid-19 pandemic brought with it many challenges. I volunteered to help by delivering meals and providing medical assistance to the aged and physically challenged, besides distributing equipment to our frontline heroes. I also contributed by donating blood and organising smart phones and tablets to enable e-learning for underprivileged students. Additionally, being able to impact the life of a restaurant employee by sponsoring his flight ticket from Dubai to Cochin during the pandemic gave me immense joy.
I have been a part of the Edelweiss family for over 3 years and feel honoured to get the opportunity to work on a plethora of projects. I was a part of several projects including Dial for Success, TISS CLO LeapVault Summit, and setting-up of video-based learning infrastructure amongst others. Some of these turned out to be industry champion initiatives. My career high point was being part of the team that worked towards achieving the ISO Certification for our organisation. These exposures have been a truly enriching experience and has given me the Edge to grow professionally as well as personally.
