“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realization that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being.” Greg Anderson.

You need to be conscious of your wellbeing. It is only then you can think about your wellbeing. Apart from monetary and physical fitness following are the things which contribute to our wellbeing.

1) Healthy Relationships

This is very important. A healthy relationship with the close family members is the most important determinant of your wellbeing. Without a healthy relationship, your wellbeing is hampered.

Next, to the close family members, close friends also enhance your wellbeing. A sense of belonging makes you happy and this is the reason healthy relationship plays a crucial role in your overall wellbeing.

5) Fulfilling Career:

This is a luck. When 85% of the people dislike their work, a person who gets an opportunity to work which she likes is fortunate.

As per the NCBI study, unfulfilling career does have an influence on the health. For your wellbeing, your job satisfaction plays a vital role.

7) Optimistic Outlook:

Optimistic about the future is important to feel happy. If you don’t feel happy about the future, your wellbeing is compromised. Pessimistic people are sad, uninspiring and unhappy. These qualities are anti-wellbeing qualities.

A positive outlook on one’s future is a basic prerequisite for the wellbeing. With all your resources and relationships if you are not positive about the future, your mind is in the state of fear or anxiety or hopelessness.

If you suffer from negative outlook about the future, shed your worries and feel good about the future. Spiritual inclination and reading good books can be of help.
